Biography
Benoît Averly, wood sculptor, enjoys very much « turning a piece of wood into life ». His standing or wall sculptures are mainly made of oak or ash wood essences , offering possibilities for precise details, and a variety of surface visual appearances. Benoit aims at uncomplicated creations, giving an impression of wide space. Inspiration comes from Nature and also from earlier creations within a permanent thinking process . Awarded by French and American professional associations, Benoit likes very much sharing knowledge with young professionals today. Sculptures mean playing with light, overall shape and wood texture. Benoit loves sharing this activity with clients, and to make them taking up and bringing the sculptures into their own life.
